MyBadminton offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its products. Any "unused" products may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges, within 30 days from the purchase date. Unused products specifically means:
Rackets: plastic is still on handle, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover. All other items: must be in original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers still attached. Any custom strung rackets are not eligible for return or exchange (pre-strung rackets do qualify, if they meet the above requirements).
All defective merchandise can be exchanged for a replacement item. For all returns, the customer must contact us within the 30 day period for detailed instructions.
Exchanges can only be accepted for items that are in new, unused condition, with all original packaging.
You need to get an RMA number before you request a return. To request an RMA number, login to your account, view the order and click the return button or follow this link to fill the form.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
